1. Adrak (Ginger) ki Chai Adrak hazme ke liye behtareen hai. Agar pait mein dard ya bojh mehsoos ho raha ho, to adrak ka ek chota tukra pani mein ubal kar pee len. Ye pait ki jalan ko foran khatam karta hai.
2. Sonf (Fennel Seeds) Khana khane ke baad adha chammach sonf chabana hazme ko tez karta hai. Ye na sirf mun ki badbu khatam karti hai balkay pait mein gas banne se bhi rokti hai.
3. Zeera (Cumin Seeds) Ek glass pani mein thora sa zeera ubal kar peene se purani se purani gas aur bad-hazmi door ho jati hai. Ye acidity ka behtareen dushman hai.
4. Pudina (Mint) ka Istemal Pudina pait ke muscles ko sukoon deta hai. Pudine ki chai ya iski chatni khane ke sath istemal karne se pait phoolne (Bloating) ka masla nahi hota.
5. Ajwain aur Kala Namak Agar pait mein sakht dard ho, to thori si ajwain aur chutki bhar kala namak garam pani ke sath len. Ye gas ka sab se fori aur purana ilaj hai.
